沿革History

令和2年10月　有限会社 新栄食品と有限会社 美川手のべ素麺が合併し株式会社 新栄食品へ組織変更
小量からチェーン店まで　オンリーワンの麺を造ります。

しんえい食品のおいしい秘密。麺は水が命。

しんえい食品は重信川すぐそば、杖の淵という名水百選の豊かな水のそばにあります。

ここは昔四国巡錫中の空海がこの地を通りがかった際に、住民が干魃に苦しんでいた。
これを見た空海がここに杖を突き立てると清水が湧き出たという。
以後、清水は尽きることなく湧き出て淵となった。
この伝説から「杖ノ淵」と名付けられたと伝えられています。 May 1980, Shinei Shokuhin Co,.Ltd. was established.
October 1986, Mikawa Tenobe Soumen Co.,Ltd. was established.
October 2020, Shinei Syokuhin Co.,Ltd., merged Mikawa Tenobe Somen Co.,Ltd.,and those two companies became Shinei Syokuhin Co.,Ltd.
We are manufacturing “Only one noodles” for our customers including small orders and chain stores.

A tasty secret of our product
Water is “the life of noodles”.

Our company is standing by the Shigenobu River, also the place called Jyounofuchi which is known as one of the abundant water sources that selected 100 exquisite waters of Japan.
This place is a legendary place of Kukai’s (also known posthumously as Kobo Daishi) story in Japan.
The name of this place Jounofuchi is named from the folklore of Kukai.
According to the folklore, Kukai saw residents were facing severe drought while his pilgrimage in Shikoku, Japan. And the spring water gushed out from the place where Kukai pierced his wand. This spring water didn’t run out and became the deep pool.
