STEP.０１ お問い合わせ・お申し込み０１ Contact/Order
まずはお気軽にお問い合わせいただき、どんな麺がお作りしたいかをお聞かせ下さい。

FAXの場合は返信にお時間がかかる場合がございますので、お急ぎのお客様はお電話にてお問い合わせください。

STEP.０２ お打ち合わせ０２ Meeting
実際にお打ち合わせさせていただき、貴店のご要望を詳しくお伺い致します。
お店でどんなスープを使っているのか、またどんなラーメンを目指しているのかなどヒアリングさせていただきます。
スープの現物があればぜひお持ち下さい。
We will hear your specific requests and details to make your original noodle.
Such as what kind of soup, and kind of Ramen you have at your restaurant.
You can bring your original soup as well if you would like to show us what you want.
STEP.０３ 麵のご提案０３ Proposal
ヒアリングに基づきまして製麺技術者が素材、配合、適正麺のご提案、試食を行って頂きます。 After hearing your requests, our technical specialist will propose the ordered noodle (Materials, combinations, shapes and etc). Then we make samples.
STEP.０４ 商品の製造・納品０４ Manufacture the product/Deliver
こうして出来上がったレシピをもとに麺を製造し、ご指定の時間にお店までお届けいたします。
